Biography
Andrew Brooks, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in general and acute-care pediatric medicine.
After earning his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Brooks completed his residency in pediatrics at the University of Texas at Austin’s Dell Medical School.
Board certified in pediatrics, he joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2022.
Dr. Brooks has published peer-reviewed articles on his areas of expertise and clinical interest, which include pediatric emergency medicine procedures and simulation-based education.
