Biography

Eric N. Smernoff, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center. A specialist in clinical neuropsychology, he serves in the Neurocognitive and Geriatric Psychiatry Program, assessing a broad range of neurological patient populations. 

Dr. Smernoff earned his doctorate in clinical psychology at UT Southwestern and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists. He joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2017.

He is a member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology, the International Neuropsychology Society, the Dallas Psychological Association, and the Texas Psychological Association.
