Biography
Leigha Eldridge APRN, CPNP AC/PC is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner in the department of pediatrics- orthopedic surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Mrs. Eldridge completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas at Austin in 2005 and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2010. She then completed an orthopedic fellowship through Scottish Rite for Children in Dallas in 2012. She has been working in acute pediatric orthopedics for almost 7 years with a specialty focus on acute hand injuries for the past 3 years. She also continues to work PRN for outpatient orthopedics at Scottish Rite for Children. She most recently finished serving as president of the local chapter of the National Association for Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and was awarded preceptor of the year in 2019.
