Biography
Pamela Soyebo, M.S.N., AGACNP-BC, FNP-C, is a Nurse Practitioner in the Clinical Heart and Vascular Center at UT Southwestern. She specializes in the care of adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) patients and works under direction of the physicians on the care team.
Ms. Soyebo earned her Master of Science in Nursing as well as her postgraduate certification at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, she joined UT Southwestern in 2005.
Ms. Soyebo’s interests include improving transitional care from childhood to adulthood for congenital heart disease patients, increasing clinical accessibility, and promoting involvement of the patient and family in the lifetime care of this population.
Prior to joining the ACHD team in 2021, she worked in the Department of General Internal Medicine and managed chronic diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes. She has extensive nursing experience in critical care and the care of complex conditions.
She’s a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurse Practitioners, North Texas Nurse Practitioners, and the Iota Mu Chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing – Iota Mu Chapter.
