Biography

Pamela Garcia, M.S., APRN, FNP-C, ACNP-BC, is an acute care nurse practitioner certified in both family (FNP-C) and adult acute care (ACNP-BC) in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Management, Division of Critical Care, at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science as a family nurse practitioner from Texas Woman’s University in 2007, and a post-master’s certification as an adult acute care nurse practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has worked in critical care since 2010.
