Biography

Suby Jacob, M.S.N., APRN, is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) in the Department of Vascular Interventional Radiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She is credentialed through the American Nurse's Credentialing Center (ANCC). Mrs. Jacob completed her undergraduate degree from Texas Woman's University in Dallas, TX and earned her Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX in 2017. She also completed a post-Master's Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2022. Mrs. Jacob worked as a registered nurse for over ten years. She began her career as a critical care nurse in General and Surgical Intensive Care Unit and transitioned to Post Anesthesia Care Unit with the heart and vascular service. She is a member of Texas Nurses Association and American Nurses Association.
