William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital provides translation services and visual- and hearing-impairment assistance to ensure all our patients are informed about their care and at ease in the hospital.

Translation
Translation services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our staff interpreters are available to translate a number of foreign languages. We also partner with a web-based remote interpretation provider to offer translation services for additional languages and during evening and weekend hours.
Visual- and Hearing-Impairment Assistance
Guest Services is happy to provide TDD/TTY telephone devices for visually impaired patients.
Patients who are hearing impaired can receive assistance from the UT Southwestern Language Services office by calling 214-633-4070.
