Who We Are

Our transplant specialists provide the ongoing medical management and care both for patients who are waiting for a transplant and for those who have already received a transplant.

Transplant patients benefit from a multi-disciplinary team approach that includes physician, surgeon, social worker, dietician, pharmacist, financial coordinator, and transplant nurse coordinator.

The Strong Heart Clinic at UT Southwestern is designed to help patients with heart failure get on the target doses of the medications to improve their health, decrease morbidity, and improve survival.
