Biography

Aaron Wagner, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in vascular surgery.

Dr. Wagner earned his medical degree at Florida State University College of Medicine. He completed a residency in general surgery at Temple University Hospital and received advanced training through a vascular surgery fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center.

Certified by the American Board of Surgery in vascular surgery, he joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2024.

Dr. Wagner is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery.

His clinical interests include peripheral arterial disease and limb salvage, dialysis access, carotid disease, and aneurysms.

Personal Note

When he’s not at work, Dr. Wagner enjoys mountain biking, cooking, and spending time with his family.
