Biography

Bailor Hardman, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in liver transplantation, perioperative outcomes, and quality improvement. 

Dr. Hardman earned his medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed a residency in anesthesiology and pain management at UT Southwestern.

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, he joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2017. 

Dr. Hardman is the Quality Improvement Director and safety officer for anesthesiology and pain management at the UTSW University Hospitals.

A member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Texas Society of Anesthesiologists, he has delivered numerous presentations and contributed to the book Advances in Anesthesiology.
