Biography

Ejike Nicholas Okoro, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He is the Associate Director of the department’s residency program and works on the anesthesiology teams of the liver transplantation and obstetrics programs.

Dr. Okoro earned his medical degree at Harvard Medical School and completed a residency in anesthesiology at UT Southwestern. 

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, he joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2016. 

Dr. Okoro is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the Texas Society of Anesthesiologists, among other professional organizations.
