Biography

Emine Rabia Ayvaci, M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She serves as a child and adolescent psychiatrist at the Children's Health Psychiatry Clinic. Dr. Ayvaci earned her medical degree from Hacettepe University Medical School in Ankara, Turkey, and completed her psychiatry residency through the research track, followed by a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at UTSW. Her clinical and research work focuses on pediatric mental health, with particular interest in depression, suicidality, mental health service use and outcomes, and the role of digital health in care delivery.
