Biography

Gabriella Williams, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurological Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery, complex spinal deformity, brain and spine tumor surgery, and revision spine surgery.

Dr. Williams earned her medical degree at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed a residency in neurological surgery at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, where she also received advanced training through fellowships in complex spinal deformity and minimally invasive spine surgery.

She joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2025.

Dr. Williams has delivered poster and oral presentations and published academic articles related to her areas of expertise.

She is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and Women in Neurosurgery.

Personal Note

When she’s not at work, Dr. Williams enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and daughter, exploring DFW.
