Biography

Gene Marie Legaspi, MSN, AGACNP- BC, is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery. Ms. Legaspi completed her undergraduate nursing degree from Rutgers University in 2010 and earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2019. Her nursing background include taking care of acutely ill cardio-thoracic patients as well as ambulatory care of patients with benign and malignant thoracic illnesses. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, Texas Nurses Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.
