Biography

Jonathan Chang, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at UT Southwestern Medical Center and serves as the Associate Program Director for UTSW’s Chronic Pain Management Fellowship. He specializes in chronic pain management. 

Dr. Chang earned his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine. He completed a residency in anesthesia at Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University Consortium, where he also received advanced training through a fellowship in pain management.

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Chang joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2014.

Dr. Chang conducts research on chronic pain and has published his results in original articles and book chapters. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
