Biography

Michele Edwards, M.S.N., APRN, ACNP-C, is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner (ACNP) in the Heart and Lung Clinic at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. Edwards received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Austin Peay State University and received her master's degree in acute care nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2010.

She has a special interest in caring for patients with heart failure and mechanical circulatory assist devices. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
