Biography

Patrick William Green, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in internal medicine.

Dr. Green earned his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Michigan School of Medicine.

Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, he joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2018.

Dr. Green's clinical interests are point-of-care (also known as bedside) ultrasound, identifying domestic abuse and human trafficking to expedite social assistance, and medical nutrition programming.

He has published several academic articles on heart imaging.

Personal Note

Dr. Green works with several battered women shelters in the Dallas area, teaching cooking classes. He is also an avid painter and golfer.
