Biography

Rachel Bell, M.S.N., APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) in the Lung Transplant program at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She is credentialed through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. 

Ms. Bell earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2006) and her Master of Science in Nursing (2013) at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, TX.  In 2007, she began her nursing career as a registered nurse in the emergency department at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. After becoming a lung transplant coordinator at UT Southwestern in 2010, she found her passion for transplant medicine, which led her to earn her degree as a nurse practitioner.
