Biography

Rafath (Rae) Creamier, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC, is a Board Certified Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Internal Medicine - Rheumatology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. Creamier completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Arlington 2013 and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University in 2019. She started her medical career as a Paramedic in Arlington TX in 2008. Ms. Creamier then pursued Nursing and specialized in ER, Trauma, and ICU care. Since graduating with her Masters degree she has worked in Pain Management and Cardiology services. Her passion to establish patient relationships and provide long term quality care has brought her to a clinic setting, specializing in Rheumatology.
