Biography

Shabina Walji-Virani, MSN, CPNP-PC is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Pediatrics- Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition. Ms. Virani completed her undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada and then her Master of Science in Nursing degree from University of California, Los Angeles in 2000. She has been working in Pediatric gastroenterology since 2003 with a particular focus in children with feeding difficulties, poor weight gain, abdominal pain and chronic liver diseases. She was a recipient of the Provider of the Month award in 2019 and the Advance Practice Provider: Education and Advocacy award in 2020.
