Biography

Tiwaah Maldima, MSN, APRN, NP-C, is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner at the Kidney Transplant Division at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. Maldima completed her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Nurse Practitioner Concentration from East Carolina University in 2012. She has worked in Nephrology since 2012 with a special interest in Dialysis and Chronic Kidney disease education. She also has experience working with patients with complex medical conditions related to liver disease, and liver transplant. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
