Biography
Varun Sondhi, M.D., Ph.D., is an Assistant Instructor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in general pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine.
Dr. Sondhi earned his medical degree and a doctoral degree in pharmacology through the Medical Scientist Training Program at UT Southwestern Medical School. He completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at UT Southwestern.
Board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine, Dr. Sondhi joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2023.
His research interests include lung cancer and pulmonary fibrosis.
