Valet Parking

Valet parking is available at the main entrance of Zale Lipshy Pavilion. Validation is required to receive the patient rate.

Patients who valet park and then drive to another UT Southwestern Medical Center facility that day may valet park at the second location for free by presenting their first valet ticket receipt.

Hours:
Monday – Friday
5 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Saturday
5 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Sunday
7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Rates:
• $5 with patient validation
• $25 for vendors

Payment:
Cash, check, guest pass, or token at the cashier booth

Self-Parking

Self parking is available at the Tower Garage, located at Medical District Drive at Tex Oak Drive.

Note:
Due to limited parking options, Zale Lipshy Pavilion patients are strongly encouraged to valet park. Guests arriving at the hospital after hours may park in the valet circle, call for entrance from the phone in the outer lobby, and bring their keys to the valet desk at 7 a.m.

Public Transportation

There is a DART bus stop a short walk from the building. Other public transportation is available to the UT Southwestern campus.

Shuttle Service

A free DART shuttle bus operates between the garage and Parkland, which is adjacent to Zale Lipshy Pavilion.

Complimentary transportation on the DART #703 (purple buses) picks up passengers on Tex Oak Drive, adjacent to Tower Garage, and drops off on Harry Hines in front of Parkland Hospital. Shuttles pick up every 7 minutes weekdays from 4 a.m. - Midnight.

Once on campus, patients and visitors may ride UT Southwestern's free shuttle bus service to many of our buildings.
