Melanoma Clinical Trials

As one of the top U.S. academic medical centers, UT Southwestern takes part in a wide range of clinical trials aimed at improving the outcomes of patients with melanoma and other types of skin cancer.

Trials currently underway at UT Southwestern include:

• A Phase 3 Study of Pembrolizumab + Epacadostat or Placebo in Subjects With Unresectable or Metastatic Melanoma
• Basket Study of Entrectinib (RXDX-101) for the Treatment of Patients With Solid Tumors Harboring NTRK 1/2/3 (Trk A/B/C), ROS1, or ALK Gene Rearrangements (Fusions) (STARTRK-2)
• Nivolumab and Ipilimumab With or Without Sargramostim in Treating Patients With Stage III-IV Melanoma That Cannot Be Removed by Surgery
