Biography
Alexander Doyle, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
He earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and then completed a residency in neurology and fellowship in epilepsy, both at UT Southwestern. He joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2019.
Dr. Doyle is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Epilepsy Society, and the American Medical Association. He has completed several research projects and delivered lectures related to neurology and epilepsy.
