Biography
Amy Lee, M.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
Dr. Lee earned her medical degree at the Ross University School of Medicine in Barbados. She completed a residency in pediatrics at the Florida State University College of Medicine, where she served as Co-Chief Resident, and received advanced training through a pediatric critical care medicine fellowship at UT Southwestern, where she served as Co-Chief Fellow.
Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatric critical care medicine, she joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2023.
Dr. Lee is the Medical Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children’s Health Dallas and serves on several committees, including the Scholarship Oversight Committee for the Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship Program at UT Southwestern and the Hospital-Acquired Pressure Injury Committee for Children’s Medical Center Dallas. She is a member of the Academic Pediatric Association and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
