Biography

Amy Wetzel, APRN, PNP-AC/PC, is a board certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the Department of Pediatrics - Pediatric Cardiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. Wetzel completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Edwardsville and then earned her Master of Science from UT Arlington in Primary Care Pediatrics and Post Master Certification in Acute Care Pediatrics in 2015. She has worked in pediatric cardiology since 2015 with a particular focus on inpatient cardiology and cardiac catheterization.
