Biography
Anjali Muraleedharan, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in kidney disease in pregnancy, chronic kidney disease (CKD) and women’s health, and general CKD management.
Dr. Muraleedharan earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, where she also completed her residency in internal medicine. She received advanced training through a nephrology fellowship at Duke University Medical Center.
Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, she joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2024.
While at Duke, Dr. Muraleedharan served on the Medical Advisory Board for the National Kidney Foundation Serving the Carolinas and as a Fellow Representative for Duke University.
Personal Note
When she’s not at work, Dr. Muraleedharan enjoys baking, watercolor painting, green cleaning, and singing.
