Biography

Arhanti Sadanand, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in pediatric solid tumors and neuroblastoma.

Dr. Sadanand earned her medical degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Washington University in Saint Louis and St. Louis Children’s Hospital, followed by a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at Emory University and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, she joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2022.

Dr. Sadanand is a member of the Children’s Oncology Group, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.

She says, “I'm passionate about pediatric oncology and am honored by the opportunity to care for children and their families during difficult moments.”
