Biography
Cara Zbylut, MSN, CPNP-PC/AC, is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Acute Care and Primary Care in the Department of Pediatrics - Pediatric Stem Cell Transplant at UT Southwestern Medical Center and practices at Children's Medical Center Dallas campus. Ms. Zbylut completed her undergraduate degree from the Johns Hopkins University with degrees in nursing and social sciences and then earned her Master of Nursing from University of Texas Arlington School of Nursing in 2011-2012. She has worked in pediatric stem cell transplant since 2011 with a particular focus in graft versus host disease following stem cell transplant. She was awarded the Advanced Practice Service Award for Preceptor/Preceptor of the Year at Children's Medical Center in 2017.
