Biography

Chiji Jon-Ubabuco, M.S.N., APRN, PMH-NP, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in the Department of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Mr. Jon-Ubabuco earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin and completed his post-master’s PMH-NP certificate at Maryville University. He has worked in health care roles since 2015 and has had the opportunity to serve various populations as a practitioner, including underserved populations in rural community health, children and adolescents, incarcerated individuals with mental health concerns, and residents of group homes for people with developmental disabilities.
