Biography

Chinyere Ihunnah, M.S.N., APRN, AGACNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in neuromuscular conditions at the Department of Neurology - Neuromuscular Clinic at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Ms. Ihunnah earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020. As a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner, Ms. Ihunnah has a rich background in neurology, including five years of experience in the neuro/neurosurgical intensive care unit before transitioning to her role as a nurse practitioner. As a nurse practitioner, she continued to work in neurology in the inpatient and outpatient setting. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
