Biography

Chunxia Wu, D.N.P., APRN, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in hematology, hepatology, and transplant medicine. She practices at UT Southwestern Medical Center within the North Texas Comprehensive Hemophilia Treatment Center, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with bleeding disorders and other complex hematologic conditions, with a special focus on women with bleeding disorders.

Dr. Wu earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner degrees from Texas Woman’s University and completed the AASLD NP/PA Clinical Hepatology Fellowship. With more than two decades of nursing and advanced practice experience, she has cared for patients in critical care, transplant, hematology, and family practice settings. She joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2014.

Fluent in English and Chinese, with conversational Spanish, Dr. Wu is committed to delivering compassionate, culturally responsive care and supporting patients and families throughout their health care journey.
