Biography

Courtney Campbell, D.N.P., APRN, NNP-BC, C-NPT, is a neonatal nurse practitioner and lead advanced practice provider at UT Southwestern Medical Center, practicing in the Level IV NICU at Children’s Medical Center Dallas. With more than 17 years of neonatal experience, she specializes in caring for critically ill newborns while leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.

She also serves as faculty at Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing, where she is passionate about educating and mentoring future nurses and advanced practice providers. Dr. Campbell’s leadership and scholarly work focus on provider well-being, interdisciplinary collaboration, and improving outcomes through evidence-based practice.
