Biography

Crystal Kornak MSN, APRN, NNP-BC is a board certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the Department of Pediatrics - Division of Neonatal-Perinatal at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Mrs. Kornak completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington in 2015. She has worked in the NICU since 2016.
