Biography
Danna Qunibi, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
Dr. Qunibi earned her medical degree at the UT Southwestern Medical School. She completed a residency in pediatrics at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore and received advanced training through a pediatric critical care fellowship at Northwestern University and Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. She also holds a Master of Business in Operational Excellence from Ohio State University.
Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatric critical care medicine, she joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2023. She serves as Chief Operational Excellence Officer for the Children’s Health and UT Southwestern Joint Pediatric Enterprise.
She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society for Critical Care Medicine.
