Biography

Elizabeth Knipp, M.P.A.S., is a Physician Assistant in the Department of Neurology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. 

Ms. Knipp earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.

Prior to joining the UT Southwestern stroke service in 2019, she worked as a physician assistant with the hospital medicine service at Ochsner Medical Center - Kenner in New Orleans. 

Ms. Knipp is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Hospital Medicine, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. She has a special interest in quality improvement and interdisciplinary rehabilitation efforts. ​
