Emily Thompson, M.S.N., APRN, CPNP-PC/AC

Biography

Emily Thompson is board certified Acute Care and Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Pediatrics - Pediatric Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. Thompson completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Arlington and then earned her Master of Nursing degree from the University of Texas in Arlington in 2012. She worked at Dell Children's Hospital in Austin, Texas in the Neurology department with a focus on epilepsy from 2013 to 2015. She has worked in UT Southwestern Pediatric Surgery department at Children's Medical Center since 2015 with a particular focus in pediatric trauma and pediatric general surgery.
