Biography

Erik Su, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Su earned his medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine. He completed a residency in pediatrics at Cohen Children’s Medical Center in Queens, New York, and received advanced training through a fellowship in adolescent medicine at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in adolescent medicine, he joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2023. He serves as the Interim Medical Director for the Adolescent and Young Adult Clinic at Children’s Medical Center and Director of Resident Education for the Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine Rotation for UT Southwestern.

He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Academy for Eating Disorders, and the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine.
