Erin Lahutsky, M.P.A.S., PA-C

Biography

Erin Lahutsky, M.P.A.S, PA-C, is a board‑certified physician assistant in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she practices in the Fertility and Advanced Reproductive Medicine Clinic.

She earned her undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences, with a minor in Spanish, from Texas A&M University and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Harding University in 2016.

Before joining UT Southwestern, Ms. Lahutsky worked in the emergency department at Children’s Health from 2017 to 2021. She was hired as the Fertility Clinic’s first advanced practice provider in June 2021. Since then, she has enjoyed helping build and define the role of advanced practice providers within the department and demonstrating how physician assistants and nurse practitioners can be optimally integrated into reproductive endocrinology and infertility care.

Ms. Lahutsky's favorite aspects of her work include helping patients newly diagnosed with cancer preserve their fertility prior to chemotherapy and supporting patients with diminished ovarian reserve as they work toward achieving pregnancy.
