Biography

Erin Leah Middlekauff, DMSc, MPAM, PA-C, is a board certified Physician Assistant (PA) in the Department of Internal Medicine - Cardiology specializing in cardiac diagnostics at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. Middlekauff completed her undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas and went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Medicine and Doctorate of Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg in Virginia. She completed a fellowship in Emergency Medicine and practiced as an Emergency Medicine PA in Virginia for two years before joining the UTSW team in 2022. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
