Erin McDougald, M.S.N., APRN, CPNP-PC, CPNP-AC

Biography

Rebecca (Erin) McDougald is a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Neonatology Division within the Thrive Clinic through UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. McDougald completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She later earned her Masters of Science in Nursing in Primary Care Pediatrics and Post-Masters in Pediatric Acute Care through the University of Texas at Arlington. Ms. McDougald has worked in Thrive since 2013 with a focus in primary care for NICU follow up patients, including preemies, infants with HIE, brain abnormalities, significant congenital heart disease or other complex condition requiring specialized care. She was awarded The Mentor/Preceptor Award by APS at Children's Health in 2019.
