Biography

Jessica Watson, MPAS, PA-C, RD is a board certified Physician Assistant (PA) in the Department of Pediatrics - Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. Watson completed her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Oklahoma. She worked as a clinical Registered Dietitian for 6 years and then earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UT Southwestern School of Health Professionals in 2012. She has worked in pediatric Gastroenterology since January of 2013 with a particular focus in Hepatology and Nutrition including liver transplant and non-alcoholic fatty liver clinic. She was awarded the Advanced Practice Provider Award for Quality Care and Excellence in 2018.
