Jose Soto, M.D.

Biography

Dr. Soto is originally from Guatemala City, Guatemala; subsequently moved to the United States during his childhood and attended University of Texas at El Paso where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. He initiated his medical training at Boston University School of Medicine, where he completed medical school, followed by a return to Texas for his internal medicine residency training at UT Southwestern. His clinical interests include inpatient hospital medicine for the underserved. He is currently part of the UT Southwestern Hospitalist Group.
