Biography

Kelsey Musselman, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, fibroids, and endometriosis.

Dr. Musselman earned her medical degree from the New York University Grossman School of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, where she was Administrative Chief Resident. Following her residency, she worked for two years as an academic general obstetrician-gynecologist before pursuing advanced training through a fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2025.

Dr. Musselman is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.

She has delivered presentations at national meetings and published peer-reviewed articles related to her areas of expertise.

Personal Note

When she is not at work, Dr. Musselman enjoys running marathons, playing volleyball, hiking, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.
