Biography

Kristin Keys, APRN-CNP, is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Lowe Foundation Center for Women's Preventative Health Care on the UT Southwestern campus. Ms. Keys completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma, and earned her Master of Science in Nursing Education from the University of Oklahoma in 1997. She then earned a Post-Master's Women's Health Nurse Practitioner certificate from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. She has worked in women's health since 1999 and as a nurse practitioner since 2012, with a special interest in women's wellness, adolescent care, and contraception. She is a member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists, the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health.
