Biography

Kristina Ciaglia, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Ciaglia earned her medical degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed a residency in pediatrics at UT Southwestern, where she also received advanced training through a pediatric rheumatology fellowship.

Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatric rheumatology, she joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2024.

Dr. Ciaglia is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Rheumatology, the Association of Women in Rheumatology, and the Childhood Arthritis Rheumatology and Research Alliance.
