Biography

Lisa Thompson-Ross DNP, CPNP, PC/AC, is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Pediatrics - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. Thompson-Ross completed her undergraduate degree from Texas Woman's University and then earned her Master Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University in 1998. She received her Acute Care Pediatric certification from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2003. She then earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama in 2020. She has worked in the pediatric intensive care or pediatric emergency set as an advanced practice nurse since 2001.
