Biography

Lori Roth, MS, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant (PA) in the Department of Cardiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center, working in the Heart and Lung Clinic. Her practice is dedicated to managing advanced heart failure patients in the outpatient setting.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Ms. Roth trained at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers University) where she earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies. She has worked in cardiology since 2008, and has experience in all aspects of the field, including heart failure, electrophysiology, and interventional cardiology. Prior to starting at UT Southwestern in 2016, she worked at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center in New York. 

Ms. Roth is a member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Cardiology and the Heart Failure Society of America. In her free time, she enjoys running and triathlons.
