Biography

Ming Yang, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Yang completed her Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry at Rice University. She attended medical school at UT Health San Antonio Long School of Medicine before returning to her hometown of Dallas to complete her pediatric residency and pediatric endocrinology fellowship at UT Southwestern. After fellowship, she joined the faculty as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology.

Dr. Yang specializes in seeing patients with adrenal disorders and thyroid cancer. She serves as Associate Director of UT Southwestern’s Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia Center of Excellence and is also the primary endocrinologist who sees patients with X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy and thyroid nodules/thyroid cancer.
